Covid-19 death reported from prison
An 82 year old Mahara prison inmate has died after admission to Ragama Hospital.
The PCR test conducted during post mortem has tested positive for Covid-19 according to the Prisons Department.
Accordingly, the number of deaths have increased to 87.
