27 Official Residences of Ex-Ministers Returned
27 official residences used by former ministers have been returned to the government.
According to the Ministry of Public Administration, only one official residence is yet to be returned to the government.
This residence belongs to the late State Minister Sanath Nishantha.
According to the ministry, the process has been delayed due matters concerning to unsettled rent.
It added that steps are being taken to resolve the matter and ensure the property is returned to the government soon.
