Suspect Arrested with Duty-Free Foreign Liquor and Cigarettes
A 54-year-old man has been arrested in Pettah for possession of a large quantity of foreign liquor and cigarettes, which were imported duty-free.
According to the police, the arrest followed the discovery of 210 bottles of foreign liquor and 50,000 cigarettes in the suspect’s possession.
Further investigations are ongoing.
