Prime Minister Announces Establishment of Education Council to Improve Teacher Training
Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya announced plans to establish an Education Council to streamline the teacher training process.
She emphasized that the council will help improve and manage the quality of education .
Dr. Amarasuriya also highlighted the need to streamline teacher training and enhance its capacity.
The Prime Minister made these remarks while attending the opening ceremony of the renovated library at the Kopay Teacher's College.
