1,050 dengue patients reported over the past nine days
1,050 dengue patients have been reported in Sri Lanka over the past nine days.
The National Dengue Control Unit said 148 cases were reported during the past 24 hours.
Accordingly, a total of 33,795 dengue patients have been reported in Sri Lanka so far this year.
The highest number of dengue patients were reported from the Western Province, with 13,685 cases reported thus far.
14 people have died due to dengue this year.
