Minister clarifies Chinese involvement in building Sri Lanka’s largest prison complex
Justice Minister Ali Sabry has clarified that only the technical expertise of China will be obtained to construct a large prison complex in Horana.
Speaking to Hari TV, Minister Sabry said the Government is looking at obtaining the pre-fabricated structure to be fixed at the location from China.
