WHO donates 100,000 Rapid Antigen Testing Kits to Sri Lanka (Video)
State Minister of Production, Supply and Regulation of Pharmaceuticals, Prof. Channa Jayasumana stated that the Medical Supplies Division of the Health Ministry has thus far received 100,000 Rapid Antigen Testing Kits donated by the World Health Organization (WHO) to identify coronavirus patients.
However, Government Medical Officers' Association Editor, Dr. Haritha Aluthge pointed out that Rapid Antigen Testing Kits are not a substitute for PCR testing.
