World Bank Group Confident in Sri Lanka's New Leadership
The World Bank Group has warmly congratulated President Anura Kumara Dissanayake on his recent election victory.
In a letter addressed to the President, Martin Raiser, Vice President for the South Asia Region of the World Bank, and Riccardo Puliti, Vice President for the Asia and Pacific Region of the International Finance Corporation, emphasized the significance of this election at a pivotal moment in Sri Lanka's history.
