Island-Wide Pubs & Taverns Closed On Election Days
The Excise Department has announced that all pubs and taverns across the island will be closed on September 21st and 22nd, coinciding with the presidential election.
This decision follows a request from the Election Commission, as confirmed by Excise Commissioner General M.G. Gunasiri.
