RAT tests continue for persons leaving western province
Rapid antigen tests will be conducted today (19) as well for persons leaving the western province, police say.
The tests will take place at Kochchikade on Colombo-Puttalam road, at Salawa on High Level road and at Nittambuwa on Kandy road.
Random RAT tests carried out so far number 451, with five returning positive.
Launched yesterday, the tests are expected to be carried out for a two week period.
