92 Complaints Filed with Police Regarding Presidential Election
A total of 92 complaints related to the presidential election have been received by the police.
Police Spokesperson DIG Nihal Thalduwa says that approximately 35 of these complaints are categorized as criminal offenses.
The remaining complaints pertain to violations of election laws.
Additionally, the Election Commission highlights that the number of complaints related to violation of election laws is rapidly increasing.
Currently, the Election Commission has received 1,482 complaints related to the presidential election, with 1,419 of these concerning violations of election laws.
