Four youths who bathed in Kelani River, reported missing
Two of the four youths who went to bathe in the Kelani River have gone missing after drowning.
Police stated that they had gone to bathe in the Kelani River near the Meepitiya Bridge yesterday (01) afternoon.
The four youths are residents of Dambulla and had met with the accident when they had visited a friend's house in Navagamuwa.
Police are searching for missing youths, who are between the ages of 18 and 22.
It was also revealed that they had consumed alcohol when they came to bathe
