Underworld Desperate In Face Of Operation Yukthiya - IGP
Minister of Public Security Tiran Alles revealed that operations are underway to arrest organized criminals who are abroad.
He added that Sri Lanka Police is paying special attention to 29 such criminals.
Meanwhile, Inspector General of Police Deshabandu Tennakoon said that the underworld is desperate in the face of Operation Yukthiya.
He made these remarks at an event held at the Mulleriyawa police station this morning (13).
He stressed that Operation Yukthiya will power on, despite death threats made to Police officers.
