Brutal Murders in Ratnapura & Lunugala
Two murder were reported in the Ratnapura and Lunugala areas.
According to the police, a 32-year-old man was fatally beaten with a sharp weapon in the Dodampe area of Ratnapura.
The incident is believed to have escalated from an argument.
In Lunugala, a 36-year-old woman lost her life while bathing in a river.
Her death resulted from a family dispute with her husband.
