Deadline today, for Appeals on Aswesuma Welfare Benefit Scheme.
The deadline to submit appeals for the Aswesuma Welfare Benefit Scheme ends today. State Minister of Finance, Shehan Semasinghe, confirmed that over 825,000 appeals have been received thus far.
In addition, the minister announced that applications will be invited again for the Aswesuma Welfare Benefis Scheme starting from the beginning of August. He emphasized that individuals who may have missed out on the previous round can reapply to avail themselves of the benefits.
