Man survives assassination attempt in Ambalangoda.
Sri Lanka Police said that motorcycle gunmen opened fire at a man in Thaldena, Ambalangoda on Thursday (25) night.
The target of the shooting was a 33-year-old man.
Sri Lanka Police said that the motorcycle gunmen had opened fire when the man was returning from a wedding with his seven-year-old son on a motorcycle.
Police said that when the shots were fired, he had jumped off the motorcycle with his son, and the gunmen missed the target.
