
US dollar rate drops in some local banks
Several licensed commercial banks in Sri Lanka today declared their selling rate of a USD at Rs. 365.
The US Dollar was sold between Rs. 375 to Rs. 380 yesterday.
The rate declared today shows a drop in the selling rate of the US Dollar.
This is the first time the Sri Lanka rupee has strengthened since the rupee was floated in March this year.
