WATCH : Fuel bowser topples, public rush with cans to collect fuel

A bowser transporting petrol ran off the Habarana-Trico road and toppled causing an oil leak.

People in the neighbourhood rushed to the scene with tins and cans to collect the petrol gushing from the bowser.
