Vaccine to be administered in the Western Province from today
Covid-19 vaccinations to begin from today from Western Province.
This will be administered for groups who interact closely with the public and those facing higher risks of infection.
The Army Commander states that the vaccination will be given to people in high risk areas in the Western Province from today (15).
The Epidemiology Unit said in a statement that 189,349 people had been vaccinated against the coronavirus as of yesterday (14) under the Covid Immunization Program.
The unit further states that 2,695 people were vaccinated yesterday (14).
