Airport operations - 594 arrive while 376 depart
In the past 24 hours, 594 Sri Lankans have arrived in the country in 9 flights.
It is reported that another 249 passengers have left the island in 06 flights during this period.
Our correspondent at the airport stated that 376 Sri Lankans who were subjected to various forms of torture in Kuwait were among those who arrived.
There were 90 from Dubai, 50 from Saudi Arabia and 41 from Singapore among the 594.
