Man shoots his wife dead after exchange of words
A man shot his wife dead with a locally-made gun following a heated exchange of words at their home at Goda Ulpatha in Wilgamuwa, Matale last night (04), police say.
The deceased was a 57-year-old mother of four.
The man was arrested and produced before the Naula magistrate, who remanded him until 16 December.
