Three suspects arrested with firearms in Moneragala -
Three persons were arrested with 5 firearms in a raid carried out in the Palaruwa area in Moneragala.
The suspects are aged 66 and 33.
Police Media Spokesperson, DIG Ajith Rohana stated that 4 of the firearms found in their possession were 12 bore firearms manufactured in a foreign country while the other firearm was manufactured locally.
