Election Commission Offers Free Mail Distribution for Presidential Candidates' Manifestos
The National Election Commission said that presidential election candidates have been provided with the opportunity to distribute their manifestos to voters via mail.
NEC Chairman R. L. A. M. Ratnayake said that this service is being offered free of charge.
He added that candidates can send their manifestos and other necessary documents to the public at no cost through the postal service.
