Dengue Cases Surge: 2,373 New Cases in 18 Days
The National Dengue Control Unit has reported a significant increase in dengue cases over the past 18 days, with 2,373 new cases identified.
This brings the total number of dengue cases for the year to 35,118.
The Western Province remains the hardest hit, accounting for 14,359 of the total cases.
Tragically, the National Dengue Control Unit has also confirmed 16 dengue-related deaths so far this year.
