Three private unis apply for establishment of medical faculties!
The Ministry of Education said three private universities have submitted applications for the establishment of medical faculties.
The Ministry's Non State Higher Education Division said applications were submitted by the private universities: Lyceum, NSBM, and SLIIT.
The Sri Lanka Medical Council has reached an initial agreement regarding the application submitted by Lyceum.
The Education Ministry said further measures are being taken regarding the applications.
