Over crowding in Prison Hospital
The prison department says that the prison hospital is currently overcrowding.
Its spokesperson, Prison Commissioner Gamini B. Dissanayake said that this is due to prison overcrowding.
The number of inmates in the prison hospital is three hundred and fifty.
But the number of available beds is about one hundred and eighty five
