30,000 MT of organic fertiliser arrive at Colombo Port
Agriculture Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage says that 30,000 Metric Tonnes of organic potassium chloride fertiliser, purchased by two government institutions, have arrived at the Colombo Port.
Last month, the government had granted approval to two state-owned companies to import organic fertilizer for crops including tea, coconut, and rubber.
