'COVID could last forever'
Dr. Chandima Jeewandara from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura stated that the COVID-19 virus would exist in the world forever.
He further emphasized that the only lasting solution for the pandemic is vaccination.
Dr. Jeewandara stated the above while joining the 'Salakuna' programme which was aired on Hiru TV.
