Proposals for power plants called from the private sector
The Ceylon Electricity Board has called on the private sector to submit project proposals for the construction of its power plant.
The project was launched with the aim of generating electricity through renewable energy in the country for the next 20 years.
The CEB pointed out that the construction of the 75kW power plant has been successful so far about 11% and that they are ready to achieve a target of 40% by 2030
