60-year-old female nabbed with heroin in Galle
A female was arrested with 20 grams of heroin yesterday (11) afternoon, Galle Police said.
The suspect is a 60 year old female residing in Kapumulla, Rathgama, Galle.
The suspect had left the house on a motorbike with her daughter last evening and the police have received information that she had left the house to fetch heroin.
According to police, the suspect was returning home with her daughter when police officers were patrolling near her house.
The suspect had brought the heroin hidden under the seat of her motorcycle and she is due to be produced before the Galle Magistrate's Court today (12)
