Easter attacks final report handed over to Speaker
The final report by the Presidential Commission of Inquiry (PCoI) appointed to probe the 2019 Easter Sunday terror attacks was handed over to Speaker of the Parliament Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena today.
The Speaker informed Parliament today that a copy of the final report was handed over to him by the Presidential Secretariat.
He further said that the report will be tabled in Parliament soon after he receives copies of the report.
Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena added that that he has sent the report to the Library of Parliament for the reference of the Parliamentarians.
