16 persons arrested for violating quarantine regulations
Police Media Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana stated that 16 persons who did not wear face masks and did not maintain social distance were arrested during the past 24 hours.
Accordingly, 2,997 persons were arrested since last October, he said.
