BOC Ratmalana closed after staff member’s husband tests positive
The Bank of Ceylon (BOC) Office in Ratmalana has been temporarily closed until further notice.
Issuing a statement, the bank said the branch office was closed as the wife of a COVID -19 patient was identified as a staff member.
The patient is among 7 persons from the branch offices of the Minuwangoda apparel factory who had tested positive for COVID-19 today.
According to the Colombo Municipal Council (CMC) Regional Epidemiologist Dr. Dinuka Guruge employees of the branch offices of the Minuwangoda apparel factory, including its head office in Colpetty, are being subject to PCR tests in batches.
