Students of St Bridgets Convent & St. Joseph’s College tests Negative for Covid
A student of St Bridgets Convent, Colombo and her brother from St. Joseph’s College, Colombo have tested negative for COVID-19 after their father was recently detected with the virus.
According to Hiru News, Deputy General Manager of Catholic Schools Fr. Gemunu Dias said the children had tested negative after undergoing PCR tests.
St. Bridgets Convent had issued a notice recently stating that PCR tests were conducted on the child and her family members after her father tested positive for coronavirus.
Measures were thereafter taken to subject those who had come in contact with the child’s brother who is a student of St. Joseph’s College, Colombo.
