
St. Joseph’s College issues statement on parent of one student contracting COVID
St. Joseph’s College, Colombo has announced that a parent of one of its students has tested positive for COVID-19.
Issuing a statement, the school said the individual is receiving treatment at a Government approved facility, while the family members have been placed in quarantine as a precautionary measure.
PCR tests will be carried out on the family members who have not shown any symptoms of the virus yet, it added.
