BLASTometers set up in Digana following reports of tremors
The Geological Survey and Mine’s Bureau said BLASTometers will be set up across Digana, where minor tremors were reported in recent weeks.
GSMB Chairman Anura Walpola speaking to News 1st said three BLASTometers will be set up in the area on Tuesday (08) in order to understand if the Underground Limestone Mining could be attributed to the tremors.
