Defense secretary instructs Army to mitigate damage in Eastern Province
Secretary of Defense Retired Major General Kamal Gunaratne says that the Army officers in charge of the Eastern Province have been instructed to mitigate the possible damage that could be caused by Hurricane Burevi which is expected to enter the island from the East Coast tonight.
