Fishing, naval communities told not to go out to sea
The Department of Meteorology says a low pressure area is likely to develop in the south-east Bay of Bengal within the next 24 hours.
It is likely to affect weather over the surrounding sea areas in the coming few days.
The Department advises the fishing and naval communities to refrain from going out to sea.
