Solar panels for 100,000 low income earners

State Minister of Solar, Wind and Renewable Energy Duminda Dissanayake has planned to launch a project to provide solar panels targeting 100,000 low income earners.

It is expected that Renewable Energy would meet 80 percent of the energy needs by 2030.
