Beruwala Pradeshiya Sabha member diagnosed with COVID
A Sri Lanka Freedom Party member of the Beruwala Pradeshiya Sabha has been infected with the coronavirus.
He and 83 others, residents of Dharga Town, were subjected to PCR tests on Sunday (22) after two residents of the area were diagnosed with the virus.
The results of 38 of them have been received today (24) and it was revealed that the Pradeshiya Sabha member has also contracted the coronavirus.
