Online Application Process Launched for New Water Connection
The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) has introduced an online application process for new water connections.
According to the board, applications can be submitted through the waterboard.lk website, and connections will be provided within two weeks of the request.
A pilot project for the initiative is currently underway, with new connections expected to be issued within the next week.
