153 Complaints On Election Violations
The Election Commission has received 153 complaints related to the Presidential Election, most of which involve violations of election laws.
These complaints include issues such as misuse of public resources, improper appointments, and transfers.
The Election Commission assured that it has taken prompt action on all the complaints.
In contrast, the Police reported receiving only one complaint related to the Presidential Election.
Additionally, Rohana Hettiarachchi, Executive Director of PAFFREL Organization, noted that 40 complaints have been reported in connection with the Presidential Election.
