Suspect Linked to Meat Stall Owner’s Murder Arrested..
In connection with the tragic shooting death of the meat stall owner at Alvitigala Junction in Mahabage, authorities have made a significant breakthrough.
A suspect, who allegedly facilitated the transportation of the assailants involved in the murder, has been apprehended.
The arrested individual is a 42-year-old resident of Mutuwal, Colombo 15.
The weapon used in the fatal shooting has been secured by law enforcement and is now in police custody.
During the suspect's apprehension in the Lancia Watta area of Wattala, authorities discovered 11 grams and 200 milligrams of heroin in the suspect's possession.
Additionally, a three-wheeler associated with the suspect has also been taken into police custody.
On the 21st, a 51-year-old man lost his life when two assailants on a motorcycle targeted him.
