Notice for all Tamil language schools in Sri Lanka.
The Ministry of Education has announced holidays for specific Government and Government-approved private schools given the Deepavali festival celebrated on Sunday (Nov 12).
Accordingly, all Tamil Medium schools will be closed on Monday (Nov 13) because of the Deepavali festival.
The Education Ministry said, however, that the schools will be opened on Saturday (Nov 18) to cover the holiday.
