Colombo-Badulla main road blocked at Viharagala due to a landslide
Vehicular movement from Haputale and Beragala along the Colombo-Badulla Main Road was disrupted today after a landslide was reported in the Uda Viharagala area in Badulla.
According to the Assistant Director of the Disaster Management Centre of Badulla E.M.L.Udayakumara, the landslide took place following heavy rainfall experienced in the area.
