2 teenage students drown in boat accident.
A boat carrying six students overturned in an accident which occurred in the Navalady lagoon in Batticaloa today (8).
It is reported that the boat had capsized when it was returning ashore.
It is further reported that 2 of the 6 students who were inside the boat when it overturned, had drowned. It has been revealed that these students have gone in the boat to make a Tik Tok video.
Two students, aged 19 and 18, residing in the Shilamanan area of Batticaloa have died in this accident.
