
Sri Lanka’s COVID-19 cases spiked by 263 more
The number of COVID-19 cases reported in the country has risen as 263 more infections have been identified, according to Army Chief Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva.
Thirty-six among the new cases have been detected from the quarantine centers operated by the Sri Lanka Army.
The remaining 227 are close contacts of the Peliyagoda Fish Market patients, confirmed the Army Chief.
