Four arrested with 19,000 litres of hoarded diesel
Four people have been arrested along with 19,000 litres of hoarded diesel slated to be transported to Ampara, the Police Special Task Force (STF) says.
The fuel consignment was seized in a raid carried out near the Hambantota fisheries harbour.
