CMC extends period for paying assessment tax
The Colombo Municipal Council has extended the period for paying assessment tax with a 10% discount until 31 March.
The discount is payable on a lump sum assessment tax for the four quarters of this year.
A 10% discount will be included on all properties that have paid assessment tax since 31 January this year.
The Colombo Municipal Council announced that the relevant accounts will be corrected in the future.
