Argument over drugs ends in stabbing
One person was stabbed to death in a clash between two persons in Grandpass, Colombo yesterday afternoon.
Further investigations by the police have revealed that the clash had taken place due to an argument between the two persons regarding a drug deal over 'ice' narcotic.
The deceased was identified as a 19-year-old resident of Grandpass, Sedawatte.
A 41-year-old resident of the Grandpass area was arrested in connection with the incident and is currently receiving treatment at the Colombo National Hospital under police protection, Police Media Spokesperson DIG Ajith Rohana stated
